The staff are all very friendly and affable. Our hotel is set in a central location close enough to the city centre. It is relatively close to a medieval cathedral. I would gladly return for another stay. the friendly staff made our experience enjoyable. the hotel's convenient central location near the city center and its proximity to a medieval cathedral were both highlights of our visit.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the hotel's location in the middle of historical Caldas de Reis. The proximity to the Thermal springs was a highlight, with their temperature above 40 C. The attic room was exotic and the AC was fully operational. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the standing glass shower was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and I particularly enjoyed the coffee. The hotel's proximity to a self-laundromat and several supermarkets was convenient. Additionally, there were many nearby restaurants to choose from.
I felt completely secure during my stay and had no complaints at all.

The Balneario Hotel Davila provided an excellent database, which was incredibly useful during my stay. The information on the hotel's website was accurate and up to date, allowing me to easily book my room and find relevant details about the hotel's amenities. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant check-in experience.
One minor inconvenience during my stay was the limited breakfast options. The selection of pastries was quite basic and lacked variety, and the orange juice tasted artificial.
